A botanical coffee drink perfect for spring. Honey gives the drink a natural light sweetness that compliments the rose tasting notes perfectly.



1 tsp honey
2 tsp rose syrup
2 shots espresso
4 oz milk
1 drop of red food coloring
1 cup ice
dried rose petals

Combine honey and rose syrup to hot espresso and mix.
In a separate cup, combine milk, food coloring and froth until fluffy.
In a separate cup, add in ice, foamed milk, and espresso.
Garnish it off with dried rose petals
