When life gives you lemons, you make coffee lemonade. Coffee lemonade is a refreshing drink for those hot summer days when you still need your caffeine kick. The combination of the two is similar to the taste of iced tea, but better. It’s the perfect morning spritzer or an afternoon pick me up. Cold brew works best for this recipe because it’s less acidic than regular coffee.

Iced Coffee Lemonade

1 cup (240 ml) ice

¼ cup (60 ml) lemonade

2 tsp (10 g) sugar

½ cup (120 ml) cold brew

¼ cup (60 ml) tonic water

Lemon slices, for garnish

  1. Pour in ice into a high-ball glass.
  2. Add lemonade, sugar, cold brew, and tonic water for a gradient effect.
  3. Mix and garnish with lemon slices.
