RECIPE: BANANA MILK LATTE

Let’s go bananas

 

 

Ingredients:

half a banana

4 oz milk of choice (I used macadamia milk for a nice subtle hint of nuttiness) 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsp maple syrup 

 

Method:

1. Blend together banana, milk, syrup, and cinnamon until fully combined. Boom — banana milk. 

2. Pour in ice, banana milk, and espresso to cup.

3. Top it off with a little caramel drizzle and cinnamon (optional, but encouraged) 

  

Notes:

You can use one whole banana but I may get extremely thick and possibly overpowering to the drink.
